Job Description

Our client a leading regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 years of experience to join its Logistics Energy and Manufacturing Litigation Group.

Key Qualifications:

  • Transportation litigation experience strongly preferred.
  • Additional background in tort matters motor carrier defense and insurance coverage disputes highly valued.
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent legal writing analytical and research skills.
  • Hands-on experience with depositions discovery and motion practice.
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar (no exceptions).

Opportunity:
This role provides significant responsibility within an active federal and state court practice handling complex high-profile matters on a national scale. Associates in this group gain meaningful client contact and courtroom experience in a supportive team-driven environment.


Full benefits bonus

The billable hour requirement is 1900 and 300 non-billable hours for a total of 2200.
