Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Video Editor to join our team. As a Junior Video Editor you will be responsible for creating and editing video content for our company. You will work closely with our creative team to produce engaging and visually appealing videos that showcase our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished and professional video product
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement video concepts and ideas
- Use video editing software to add special effects graphics and sound to enhance the overall quality of the video
- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the companys standards
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
- Maintain and organize video files and assets
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure videos align with the companys overall goals and messaging
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Film Media or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar programs
- Strong understanding of video production and storytelling techniques
- Knowledge of color correction audio mixing and motion graphics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A portfolio of previous work showcasing video editing skills is preferred
