Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting screening and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR software knowledge is a plus
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Salary Range: RM 3000 - 4000
