Role Purpose:
The Finance Business Analyst serves as a functional business analyst bridging the gap between Finance SMEs and the technical EPM team. They capture validate and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with SMEs to gather and document business requirements.
Validate outputs and ensure accuracy of system processes.
Develop SmartView reporting views.
Lead and execute on end-user support training and functional triage of any issues.
Create test cases coordinate and assist with UAT execution.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper configuration delivery resolve system defects and incidents raised by Finance
Key Skills & Experience:
- Preferably with a Chartered accounting qualification and/or working experience as a system accountant in finance operations accounting or FP&A.
- Previous EPM implementation experience (>10 years) from the Consulting Industry will be strongly considered along with relevant professional certification in EPM products.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to write clear functional specifications.
- Has previously supported global organisations with multiple locations.
