About the role

• Lead and manage our Sterile Processing Centre ensuring safe high-quality sterilisation services across campuses.

• Oversee staffing rostering recruitment training and performance to build a strong engaged team.

• Drive compliance quality standards audits and reporting in line with NSW Health requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe efficient patient-focused outcomes.

• Championing a positive safety culture while improving processes and driving service excellence

About you

Were looking for a motivated and experienced leader who brings:

• Certificate III in Sterilisation Services and strong knowledge of AS5369:2023 standards

• Hands-on experience supervising teams to ensure safe compliant processing of reusable medical instruments and equipment.

• Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire support and develop staff.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet KPIs manage reporting and drive service improvements.

• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety professional development and continuous improvement.
