About the role
Lead and manage our Sterile Processing Centre ensuring safe high-quality sterilisation services across campuses.
Oversee staffing rostering recruitment training and performance to build a strong engaged team.
Drive compliance quality standards audits and reporting in line with NSW Health requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe efficient patient-focused outcomes.
Championing a positive safety culture while improving processes and driving service excellence
About you
Were looking for a motivated and experienced leader who brings:
Certificate III in Sterilisation Services and strong knowledge of AS5369:2023 standards
Hands-on experience supervising teams to ensure safe compliant processing of reusable medical instruments and equipment.
Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire support and develop staff.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet KPIs manage reporting and drive service improvements.
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety professional development and continuous improvement.
