Lead and develop a team of new car sales managers and sales professionals.
Drive performance to meet and exceed monthly sales gross and CSI goals.
Implement proven sales processes digital strategies and customer experience initiatives.
Work closely with the GM and other directors to maximize store performance.
Recruit train and motivate top sales talent.
Manage inventory pricing and incentive programs in coordination with OEM and dealership leadership.
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales management experience (New Car Sales Director or higher).
Proven track record of leading high-volume sales teams to success.
Strong leadership coaching and accountability skills.
Knowledge of CDK Dealer Socket and F&I processes.
Passion for customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Aggressive pay plan with six-figure earning potential.
