Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the edible oil sector.
- Identify establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients distributors and key stakeholders within the industry.
- Conduct indepth market research to analyze trends competition and customer preferences specific to the edible oil market.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts define key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed sales reports to monitor and evaluate performance.
- Oversee and manage the entire sales process ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives providing guidance and support and monitoring performance to achieve targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales specifically in the edible oil industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales within the MENA region.
- Preferred background in FMCG (FastMoving Consumer Goods).
- Strong track record of successfully opening new markets and building longterm client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work from the Jordan office and travel as needed.
