Who We re Looking For

As a key member of the sales team the Associate Territory Manager will support a positive customer experience by partnering with Territory Managers to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. The Associate Territory Manager will lead sales activities within a pre-determined subset of identified accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.

  • Develop strong knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and demonstrate the ability to effectively assist customers.

  • Build sales skills and territory management competencies including business planning pipeline management and CRM reporting.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel.

  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure product satisfaction address issues and provide training support as needed.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (B.S. or B.A.).

  • 1 2 years of sales experience preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and results-oriented approach.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to consider relocation for career growth into a Territory Manager role.
