Job Summary

Position:- Application Support Engineer

Location:- Vancouver BC( 4 days hybrid in week)

Duration:- Fulltime opportunity

Job Descriptions:

5 years of experience in technical support monitoring or infrastructure management.

Proficiency in SQL.

Hands-on experience with Java Python C (troubleshooting and reading code logic).

Monitoring & logging tools: Dynatrace Splunk ELK Catchpoint.

Scheduling tools: Airflow ActiveBatch.

ITSM tools: ServiceNow.

Infrastructure: Windows VM Kubernetes (OCP/Azure).

Familiarity with networking concepts (Firewall DNS TCP/IP).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility for on-call rotations and DR readiness.
