An appropriate 3-year post school qualification (equivalent or higher) in economics finance or commerce; A minimum of 3 years relevant administrative and project management experience; A valid driving licence (Code B or higher). Knowledge of the following: HRM processes and labour relations; Public Financial Management Act; Project Management; Stakeholder management; Monitoring and evaluation systems. Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel PowerPoint); Communication skills (written and verbal); Problem-solving and decision-making; Applied strategic and creative thinking; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
