Job Title:Executive Assistant (Marketing)
Type: Full-time Independent Contractor

Work hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
About the Role
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a real estate development and investment team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Youll serve as the teams primary coordinator ensuring smooth operations professional client-facing communication and efficient handling of documentation invoicing and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for the real estate development and investment team.
Perform general administrative duties including scheduling correspondence filing and communication management.
Coordinate and draft paperwork for new leases signed contracts and closings.
- Support light marketing initiatives including a monthly email newsletter
- Create marketing presentations and packets using established templates (InDesign Mailchimp etc.).
Manage monthly invoicing and vendor payments.
Act as a professional point of contact for clients customers and vendors via email.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong orientation toward customer service teamwork and problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional communication skills with a polished and service-oriented demeanor.
Executive-level presentation design and development skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of InDesign (highly preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Management Business Administration or a related field preferred (not required).
Minimum of 3 years administrative support experience ideally within a professional services environment.
Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required.
