We are currently seeking a MEPManager in Atlanta GA. to join our family.
This level position is responsible for assisting in the MEP direction and completion of a construction project. Directs and supervises MEP Engineer and Assist MEP Mangers. Develop and maintains strong and lasting relationships with owners designers trade partners etc. Supports Preconstruction to ensure an accurate GMP. Supports Project team with schedule updates and change management reviews to meet time and cost objectives. Active in MEP safety meetings plans utility shut downs. Capable of simultaneously handling multiple less complex projects or single projects up to $100 Million and usually requires 7-10 years total experience.
