Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns over the phone ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls for customer service support or sales.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality response time and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with team leaders and quality teams to improve service delivery.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Previous experience in international voice process or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during difficult conversations.

Shift Timing:
- Any time from (5pm - 11pm) which will be instructed by the HR
