Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns over the phone ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls for customer service support or sales.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality response time and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with team leaders and quality teams to improve service delivery.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Previous experience in international voice process or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during difficult conversations.
