About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Identify customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance their experience.
Adhere to company guidelines and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Working Conditions
Environment: Office setting
Full-time position Monday to Friday
