Job Title:Bilingual Call Center Representative
Location: Austin TX 78727
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Start Date:October 6 2025
Schedule: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday
Work Setup: In-office only (local candidates must live within commuting distance)
Position Overview:
Join the Provider Network team supporting Health Medicaid programs. This in-office role involves assisting healthcare providers and members with questions related to Medicaid eligibility claims and general program inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Assist with Medicaid-related inquiries including eligibility claims and provider support
Accurately document all calls in the system
Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
Meet required attendance productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
Must reside locally and be able to commute to the office
