Job Summary
This position involves a set of dynamic responsibilities including business process improvement solutions design and implementation report requirements gathering and building and support/development of systems interfaces. Functional scope is the JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne Financial functionality/modules. Work closely with users and other IT professionals to provide JD Edwards functional/technical support and solutions. JDE EnterpriseOne release 8.10 or higher knowledge is required.
- Troubleshoot issues and system bugs and provide direction for work-arounds corrections and enhancements.
- Coordinate service delivery with the infrastructure and the service desk team.
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Support project initiatives in the business functional area throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure availability and performance of business applications.
Job Requirements (Education training and/or skills):
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related area.
- Must have 5 years of extensive experience in EnterpriseOne versions including design configuration and user support for any of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Distribution Manufacturing Financials Service Management
