College & Career Pathways Coordinator - Adult Learners (CCPC-AL) (40 hours Full-time) Exempt

The College and Career Pathways Coordinator role supports 18- to 24-year-old adult learners in navigating educational and career transitions. This role is pivotal in coordinating and promoting career-focused opportunities that empower adult youth to achieve their academic and professional goals. This position bridges adult education workforce development and postsecondary systems to facilitate seamless transitions from:
This position reports to the College and Career Pathways Manager (CCPM). The coordinator works collaboratively with program managers coordinators and specialists finance development the impact team and the CCM to achieve program success.
