Job Summary

EdClub is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support and collaborate directly with senior leadership in project management to align goals schedules and scope across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams including product owners designers animators sound effect artists illustrators and developers.
Own and manage timelines deliverables and task ownership to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical/creative teams and stakeholders.
Act as a Product Owner proxy when neededproviding direction clarifications and setting priorities.
Facilitate sprint planning standups retrospectives and regular status updates.
Maintain strong communication and alignment across all departments involved in product development.
Keep product documentation and backlog organized and up to date.
Proactively identify risks and work with teams to mitigate them.

Foster a focused motivated team environment to meet key milestones.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of project coordination experience.
Must have prior experience managing IT or technology projects particularly within software development edtech or digital platforms.
Basic technical literacy with an understanding of software development workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
