We have multiple exciting opportunities for Claims Support Officers to join our team in Sydney. These are 10-month contract roles offering the chance to develop your career within a supportive high-performing environment.
Position Overview
Job Title: Claims Support Officer
Location: 10 Shelley Street Sydney 2000
Salary: $79500 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
Contract Dates: 1 October 2025 15 August 2026
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office work from home post-probation)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
What youll do
Manage insurance phone queues in line with contact centre targets.
Gather validate and follow up on claim details.
Refer matters to business partners and support complex escalations.
Assist with reviews audits and additional team tasks as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer outcomes.
Contribute to learning coaching and continuous improvement activities.
Support other queues during peak periods.
What youll bring
Qualifications in Administration Business Accounting or Finance (advantageous).
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally over the phone.
Sound problem-solving and collaboration skills.
