Position Overview

• Job Title: Claims Support Officer
• Location: 10 Shelley Street Sydney 2000
• Salary: $79500 (inclusive of 12% superannuation)
• Contract Dates: 1 October 2025 15 August 2026
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office work from home post-probation)
• Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

What youll do

• Manage insurance phone queues in line with contact centre targets.
• Gather validate and follow up on claim details.
• Refer matters to business partners and support complex escalations.
• Assist with reviews audits and additional team tasks as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer outcomes.
• Contribute to learning coaching and continuous improvement activities.
• Support other queues during peak periods.

What youll bring

• Qualifications in Administration Business Accounting or Finance (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to resolve issues confidently and professionally over the phone.
• Sound problem-solving and collaboration skills.
