About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic executive and business administration support to the Regional Director North Coast Region of NSW Public Works. This role ensures the effective operation of the office and optimal use of the Directors time and resources.
Beyond traditional support this role assists with business development and client engagement as well as communications marketing and operational efficiencies across the North Coast Region. Your ability to anticipate needs manage priorities and streamline executive functions will be key to success.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills meticulous attention to detail and the agility to perform under tight deadlines.
