Youll work closely with senior leaders across Australia and APAC ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that underpin our 2026 and 2030 business plans. From orchestrating boardroom lunches with top-tier clients to preparing strategic reports for leadership meetings your work will directly influence Colliers success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage diaries emails travel expenses and prepare strategic documents for leadership meetings.
- Client Engagement: Coordinate national client programs track key metrics and prepare reports for AU/APAC leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Service Line and Geographic Leaders to execute client strategies and drive best practice.
- Strategic Contribution: Assist with large deal creation client segmentation and initiatives to increase revenue and cross-service opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in high-level executive support
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a talent for problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Initiative creativity and the confidence to make things happen
- Real estate Industry knowledge is a plus with a strong ability to learn quickly required.
