Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSubject: Program Manager - Mentor Teaching Program - School Year 2025 - 2026THE MENTOR MANAGER WILL WORK WITH THE MENTORS AND PROTEGES AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVELQualifications:Must be a licensed teacherMust have a minimum of 5 years successful teaching experience at least 3 years in BrocktonMust have a recommendation from a principal or supervisorInterest in or experience with mentor teaching is preferredAt least a two year commitment to the position is preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsTeachers at the High School leverlDuties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and provide the mentor and protege professional development activitiesBudget and payroll management Communicate with consultants mentors proteges appropriate administratorsModify and implement the program assessment toolAddress the needs of the program; work with other mentor managersPlan for the future needs of the programOther related duties as the need arisesCompensation: TBD
