As a GI specialist you will be the subject matter expert to share the importance of protective insurance and sound financial planning to customers through phone; and recommending suitable policies to address the needs of the individuals and their families.
You will be required to:
- Conduct telemarketing calls to prompt general insurance products with clear and succinct product knowledge and references to existing and prospective customers
- Entrench a strong brand image of Income through clear and honest sales pitch
- Recommend suitable policies to address customers needs and actively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Follow-up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations
- Achieve KPI of sales performance call quality and operational standards
- Achieve KPI of leads clearance and talk time
- Work closely with Team Managers for business development and implementation of sales strategies
To join us as a Telesales Executive you should:
- Have obtained a minimum of GCE N Levels3 G.C.E O Levels Passes or NITEC certification
- Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP PGI and HI will be a plus
- Past experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous
- Professional and well-spoken over the phone
- Good verbal communication and customer service skills to appease customers
- Motivated and driven when met with challenges committed strong-willed and persuasive in recommending suitable products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multi-task to efficiently reply to enquiries
