Role & Responsibilities

• Promote dormakabas products and solutions to all stakeholders across targeted projects and verticals.
• Ensure dormakaba brand products and solutions are accurately specified in tender documents.
• Prepare and validate technical specifications and solution proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct seminars customer experience visits and presentations to key stakeholders within access control industry.
• Establish and maintain strong key accounts management relationships focusing on penetrating targeted verticals and customers.
• Play an integral part in specification supporting sales team generating lucrative sales pipeline.
• Assist Specification Manager in all specification implementation plans & activities.
• Collaborate closely with specification schedulers sales project management and operation teams to achieve individual and department goals.
• Monitor and update on project information regularly using Salesforce.
• Provide monthly updates on project status and follow-ups
• Prepare all necessary documentation and materials required for successful specification submissions.

Key Competencies

• Good level of customer service experience.
• Good presentations & communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
• Ability to recommend materials procedures and technical requirements and contents.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
• Connection with architects and developers good knowledge and experience on architectural hardware will be added advantage.
