The People Partner is a highly strategic role that directly supports our senior executives and people leaders while also partnering with globally dispersed clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategically partners with clients to understand business and organizational needs and
objectives develop strategies and implement solutions.
Conducts ongoing analysis of assigned client group. Monitors interprets metrics and
analysis to bring a data-centric approach to decision making.
Leads assigned clients on all things people and culture including engaging global points
of contact in the People function.
Continues to drive cost effectiveness by employing relevant strategies and achieving or
exceeding synergy savings targets.
Effectively drives accountability and a performance-driven culture.
Contributes communicates and collaborates globally with other People functions.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a similar field of study plus one of the following certifications: PHR SPHR SHRM CP or SHRM SCP (or international equivalent) OR Masters degree.
4 years of demonstrated People Partner (HRBP) experience preferably in technical organizations directly supporting senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Human Resources or a similar field of study.
Physical Requirements
Job requires employee to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area.
