Job Summary
Description of the role:
This position involves providing excellent customer service managing customer inquiries and coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient and timely service for Ford automobile owners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
- Advise customers on service options and provide estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Knowledge of automotive industry and Ford vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
