Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly and courteously ensuring every guest receives 100% attention and respect.
- Communicate with customers to keep them informed on the status of their vehicles.
- Secure customer approval for repairs review cost estimates and provide completion timeframes.
- Collect and verify customer and vehicle information; confirm method of payment.
- Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance in line with manufacturer recommendations.
- Ensure all repair orders are accurately documented and processed.
- Schedule service appointments and handle inbound service calls professionally.
- Assist team members and support day-to-day service operations.
- Help keep facility clean and organized.
- Build genuine lasting relationships with guests through exceptional service.
- Follow all dealership and factory safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest service or customer-facing rolesautomotive experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written with professional grammar.
- Valid drivers license with no restrictions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Friendly positive and team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Receptive to feedback coaching and ongoing development.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently sitting standing walking talking and hearing.
- Occasional balancing stooping kneeling and crouching.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable attendance for all-scheduled shifts.
