Description

Beacon Hill School (BHS) is a three- form entry school with approximately 540 students. BHS is an accredited IB World School utilising the Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum framework. Teaching and learning at BHS is underpinned by a rigorous and student-centred approach to curriculum pedagogy and practice. Learning Mandarin and learning about Chinese culture is an important and highly valued part of our curriculum provision.

Beacon Hill School has supportive dedicated and committed staff who collaborate with each other and the parent community to ensure every studentis supported and challenged to be the best they can be.

The school requires a full time Educational Assistant Mandarin commencing on 13th October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting students in learning activities under the supervision of the Teacher of Chinese to whom they are assigned
  • Preparation of materials
  • Supervision of students at break times


Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin
  • Previous experience working with children will be advantageous.

Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
