Job Description:
As a WFH IT Support Specialist at Lehman Website Design and Marketing you will be responsible for providing technical support to our team members and clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting IT issues setting up new hardware and software and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and clients resolving IT issues in a timely manner
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures and guidelines
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Experience with remote IT support tools
- Experience working in a virtual or work-from-home environment
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $45000 to $110000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
