Responsibilities Include (2 Years Experience Required)
- Provide comprehensive Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for internal team members regarding hardware software network connectivity and application issues.
- Analyze business requirements and evaluate systems (software and hardware) to ensure they meet operational needs and are optimized for performance.
- Conduct data analysis to support system optimization and efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with system upgrades patches and configuration changes across the IT environment.
- Support initiatives related to the companys Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Document IT processes procedures and create comprehensive user guides.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams external vendors and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
- Assist with IT security monitoring and incident response activities.
- Support internal and external audits and compliance efforts ensuring systems adhere to all relevant regulations.
- Prior experience in a Department of Defense (DOD) or similar regulated manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of direct experience in an IT Support Desktop Support or Help Desk role.
- Certification: MUST have an A Certification.
- Proven technical proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows/Linux) network fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and MS Office/365 environments.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide clear patient and effective support to non-technical users.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to hardware installation cable management and potentially assisting in the operational environment (e.g. building specialized equipment).
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate: The expected hourly wage is $25-$29/hr. Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ONSITE.
