Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (preferred).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM I/II) or equivalent certification.
4 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
Excellent facilitation interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) is a plus.
Ability to lead by influence and promote a servant-leader mindset.
Knowledge of NLP solutions like NLTK Open NLP and Open OCR.
