Roles & Responsibilities

• Minimum of 4 years experience facilitating Agile teams and transformation initiatives.
• Understand Agile principles and scrum framework.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between product owners development teams and other stakeholders.
• Remove impediments to team progress.
• Support team self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Track and report sprint progress and metrics.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and values.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication within teams.
• Proactively raise issues to improve teams working.

Must Have Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of agile tools like JIRA Azure DevOps or Rally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess a team player attitude.
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering accurate high-quality assignments and projects

Skills

• Experience in coaching teams on Agile maturity.
• Knowledge of scaling frameworks (SAFe and LeSS).
• Exposure to software development lifecycle.
• Experience with metrics reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with remote and distributed teams.
• Certification preparation experience.
