We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications - Ability to mentor and provide consultation and direction to other Social Services Applications (SSA) staff.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical information including regulations policy and automation system documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing translating user and business needs into technical requirements and clearly communicate technical instructions to system users.
- Ability to plan and coordinate individual and group work activities.
- Ability to detect and diagnose application problems.
- Ability to create technical designs for solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work professionally with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare concise business requirements technical specification documents and related artifacts.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation specifications and related artifacts.
- Provide mentorship guidance and consultation to SSA staff.
- Analyze system documentation regulations and policies to support solution design and implementation.
- Detect troubleshoot and diagnose application issues.
- Design technical solutions to address identified problems.
- Coordinate and manage group and individual work activities to ensure timely project delivery.
