About this position:
- The primary area of responsibility is flat promotion (flat sales) and property management (leasing & maintenance of properties).
- In plain words you have to faceupall the challenges that may be involved in the successfulsale of apartments and leasing of properties
- Other assignments include development of land bank for sale or future development
- Branding and social media management
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum UG Degree /Specialization in Marketing. You should have gone and successfully completedfull time / regular college
- MBA with Marketing specializationis preferred
- Minimum3 yearsmarketing/sales experience in Real estate / allied industry with strong customer interaction
- Must be an extroverted personality with experience in cultivating new relationships putting together campaigns and ability to work in cross functional teams
- Attention to detail
Typical nature of activities:
- Listening to customer requirementsand presenting appropriately to make a sale now or for the future
- Maintain the CRM system/software with upto date informationand establish rapport and understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business
- Developingnew relationships for future client basethrough social/business networks in person and word of mouth
- Drawing up reports on successes of marketing activities on a monthly basis
- Being organizedwith latest informationto respond to walk-ins incoming email and phone enquiries
- Representing company at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers requirements and budget -making accurate rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Drive partnerships with other builders websites and various marketing and sales platforms
- Keeping yourself updated with the latest happenings in the real estate market through constant industry interaction independent researchand outreach with clients brokers owners and others
- Facilitate smooth sales handover - pre sales sales post sales andtake care of customer lifecycleby being theofficial representative
Location preference:
Most ofour flats for sale and also managed properties likely to be within Chennai limits. Those residing in and around our office (Kodambakkam Ashok Nagar Vadapalani Choolaimedu ) or in general within City limitsare preferred.
Other information:
- There is no set timing for this position.You are to be flexible according to the need of the hour.
- This aside our office timings are9.30AM to 6.30PMwith two coffee breaks (11.30AM & 4.30PM) and a lunch break (1.30 to 2.00PM)
