Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 1 to 5 years of experience in EdTech or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer engagement with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads conducting sales pitches and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold calling email campaigns etc.)
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create effective sales strategies
  • Keep track of sales activities prospects and customer needs in CRM software
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team leader and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales preferably in the EdTech industry
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
