With reference to your application & subsequent interview you had with us we are pleased to give you this offer for the position of Client Engagement Manager. The key highlights of the offer are as follows:
1. TRAINING PERIOD:
On joining Proconnect Consulting as a Client Engagement Manager you shall have to undergo a mandatory training for 3 working days (Wed Thu & Fri). Please note that during this Training Period you shall not be entitled to any compensation or stipend of any kind. During this Training Period it is mandatory for the candidate to maintain 100% attendance.
2. PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
On completion of your Training you shall work with Proconnect Consulting as a Client Engagement Manager in the PROCONNECT IT Recruitment Vertical & HRDNET Training & Skills Development Vertical. You shall be on probation for the first two months. The probationary period might be extended (at the sole discretion of the management) if i) you take a break for more than 7 working days during the probation period and/or ii) if your performance is not up to the acceptable benchmarks set by your immediate reporting superior. Your services shall stand confirmed at the end of probation period only via a Confirmation & Hike Letter.

* 3.1 No Deductions - Proconnect Consulting will not deduct any TDS or Income Taxes from the Salary. Neither will the employee be eligible for any Provident Fund & Gratuity Benefits. Any Tax liability arising out of this compensation would be borne by the employee and it will be as per Income Tax rules & applicable laws.
** 3.2 Monthly Performance Linked Pay is paid to all employees every month & is calculated as per the Incentive Slabs shown below. They are also based on the amendments made by the management from time to time. Every employee is eligible for a Monthly PLP (Performance Linked Pay) along with their fixed monthly salary from the Date of Joining Proconnect Consulting (even during the Probation Period).

*** 3.3 Base Delivery Allowance The above mentioned Base Delivery Allowance is paid to an employee only if he/she generates a bare-minimum revenue of 1 Lac INR per Month. A sincere effort towards Target Achievement is required to be eligible for this Allowance. They are also based on the amendments made by the management from time to time.
**** 3.4 Attendance Bonus - An Employee qualifies for the monthly Attendance Bonus ONLY if s/he does not remain absent for more than 2 days in a month. During your probation period employees are not entitled to any leaves. However after confirmation they are entitled to 2 Paid Leaves per Month (24 Paid Leaves in a Year).
4. ROLE DEFINITION AT PROCONNECT CONSULTING:
As a Client Engagement Manager you will be an individual contributor. You would work in Services Marketing Domain in a B-to-B Environment in the Information Technology Sector promoting various HR Manpower Consulting & Staffing Solutions. The incumbent should have strong analytical business communication and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. They would be required to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences. They should have the ability to work independently and demonstrate good decision-making abilities. We expect the candidates to have excellent written verbal and graphical communication skills because theyll be doing a lot of Collateral Development Formal Documentation Business Presentation Development and its delivery to Information Technology Sector MNC Clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
5. WORK TIMINGS LEAVES & PUNCTUALITY AT PROCONNECT CONSULTING:
Proconnect Consulting operates 5 Days a week. You are required to work from 10AM to 7PM (on weekdays) and 10AM to 2PM (on Saturdays). During your probation period you are not entitled to any leaves. However after your confirmation you are entitled to 2 Paid Leaves per Month (24 Paid Leaves in a Year). Please do note that if an employee enters the office after 10:15 AM s/he is marked Late for the particular day. Two Late Days would be considered as a Full Days Leave. However if you meet your weekly Target within 5 Days (Mon-Fri) you would be allowed Paid-Offs on Saturdays. Needless to say if you do not meet your Weekly Targets we would like you to work on Saturday failing which constitutes a Leave.
6. WORK FROM HOME OPTION (Maximum 10 Days in a Month):
No more Absent Days - If a Team Member is able to meet his/her Daily Target even working from home it would be defined as a Full Days Work and the person wont be marked Absent. But to be eligible for this the person should take prior permission for a leave (2 Days before). At Proconnect Consulting we believe the best measure of success is what you accomplish so we dont need to measure how much time you take off to enjoy life. Were a bunch of disciplined trustworthy & responsible people who set our own daily KRAs and see to it that delivering on the commitments doesnt matter from where! If youre able to meet your Daily Deliverables/Targets even working from home it would be defined as a Full Days Work. All one needs to do is take prior permission from the superior 48 Hours in advance.
7. FLEXI-TIMING:
Unless the business demands otherwise employees can come to office within 10 AM and leave whenever they want once they are able to meet his/her Daily Target & have completed all the work assigned for the day. The person can leave before 7 PM & s/he wont be marked Half Day. At Proconnect Consulting we believe in Self-Determination & Self-Accountability. We believe in high efficiency smart work rather than spending hours altogether doing nothing.
