Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in the oil and gas service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations ensuring compliance with IFRS US GAAP GST TDS and other regulatory requirements. You will be involved in audits audit coordination accounts receivable accounts payable cash flow management variance analysis financial statements preparation consolidation of subsidiaries and team handling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee financial operations in compliance with regulatory standards such as IFRS US GAAP GST and TDS
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial transactions
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Lead the consolidation of subsidiaries' financial data
- Supervise and mentor team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA ACCA or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of IFRS US GAAP GST compliance TDS compliance and statutory regulations
- Experience in audit coordination and handling financial statements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
