OVERVIEW:

The Vice President of Sales Corporate-Field for the Midwest Market Unit is responsible for leading the software sales team focused mostly on Manufacturing and Wholesale distributionaccounts to achieve both company and team quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads managing /mentoring/coaching of the assigned sales team located in the Midwest Market Unit. Understanding customers business issues and design strategies this individual has a track record of selling cloud ERP IBP SCM BI and Analytics enterprise software products to this territorys account base. A good understanding of the SAP Business Suite and our data solutions is important for this role.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Lead business application sales related to multiple product suites to include ERP SCM EPM HCM CRM Analytics Reporting applications and SAPs data solutions

Effectively lead a team of 8 Account Executives

Bring a high level of energy and commitment combined with enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Work with SAPsDigital Campaign Manager to create sales campaigns

Demonstrate excellent communication and networking skills

Go-to-market planning and execution skills

Strong positive coaching background combined with professional integrity

Facilitate individual growth and development

Build a network of executive relationships with key customers and partners

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Experience as aproven sales performer in the enterprise software industry with a track record of nurturing and selling to an existing or new customer base while meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  • Experience selling into the C-Suite across industries
  • Demonstrated success in achieving quota in enterprise-class software sales (ERP/ERP/BI)
  • Passion for Net New and Dormant account sales
  • Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix-management environment with extended team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including writing editing and presenting
  • Ability to present technical concepts clearly to customers and thesales team
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • University Degree: four-year BS or BA minimum

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 256400 - actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
