Job Summary
What you will do
As a Senior Copywriter you will own and deliver content projects craft compelling copy across formats and collaborate across creative and marketing teams. You may mentor junior copywriters and apply strategic thinking to content planning. Youll oversee multiple content projects and build trust with stakeholders.

- Own and deliver content projects from brief to completion.
- Craft compelling copy across a variety of formats and channels.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Mentor junior copywriters providing guidance and feedback.
- Apply strategic thinking to content planning and execution.
- Oversee multiple content projects managing deadlines and deliverables.
- Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication and reliability.
- Aid in planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver campaign copy and editorial content with clarity and brand alignment.
What we look for
Required
- Proven experience in copywriting across multiple formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Work with the wider team of designers creative success specialists and management to further the success of Global Creative and consequently Johnson Controls as a whole.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in advertising communication marketing or related field.
