About the role
As a Net Revenue Manager youll be at the heart of driving Haleons commercial excellence. This is more than a roleits a strategic leadership opportunity to embed Net Revenue Management across a cross-functional organization build commercial capabilities and own the end-to-end strategic planning process that fuels our growth.
Youll be entrusted to lead the execution of our net revenue strategy with precision and impact ensuring our salesforce operates at peak effectiveness. Your work will directly influence how we optimize value across our portfolio and markets.
In this role youll be deeply connected with local Sales Regions and the Area Commercial Excellence network leveraging cutting-edge tools and market insights to make faster smarter data-driven decisions. Youll be a key player in shaping how Haleon delivers everyday health with agility and innovation.
Key responsibilities
Establish Gross to Net (G2N) Principles
Define and implement robust G2N frameworks for planning spending and reimbursement to ensure financial clarity and control.
Lead Trade Spend Planning
Oversee annual and quarterly trade investment planning aligning spend with strategic priorities and market dynamics.
Optimize Budget Deployment
Ensure efficient budget allocation processes are in place and clearly communicated across relevant stakeholders.
Drive Strategic Pricing
Develop and execute pricing strategies for FMCG and OTC products balancing policy compliance with competitive positioning.
Manage List Pricing
Own and refine the list price management process to support revenue growth and market competitiveness.
Enhance Gross Margins
Lead Active Mix Management initiatives to improve brand profitability and optimize product portfolios.
Shape Promotion Strategy
Design impactful promotional strategies in collaboration with brand teams to drive consumer engagement and sales uplift.
Strengthen Customer Engagement
Ensure robust customer engagement through well-managed contracts execution tracking and documentation.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Finance Sales and Marketing teams hosting quarterly forums to align on performance and strategy.
Evaluate Promotional Effectiveness
Conduct post-promotion evaluations to assess business impact and inform future planning.
Build Collaborative Partnerships
Foster strong relationships with commercial and category teams to drive shared success and innovation.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Bachelors degree
Specialization in Trade Marketing Finance and/or Sales
3 5 years of relevant work experience
Other Skills/Qualifications
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
Trade marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
Great analytical skills
