Position Overview:

The Global Services Pricing Specialist/SKU Manager is responsible for developing and managing the pricing strategy and service SKU portfolio on a global scale. This role involves analyzing market trends competitive pricing and cost structures across different regions to design pricing strategies that optimize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in diverse markets. Additionally the Global Services SKU Manager oversees the lifecycle of service SKUs globally from creation to retirement ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional customer needs.

• Global Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement global pricing strategies for service offerings ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and understand market dynamics influencing pricing decisions.
• Pricing Modeling: Develop and utilize pricing models to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue profitability and market share globally.
• Price Setting and Management: Set and manage prices for service offerings globally based on cost structures market demand and strategic goals.
• Global Service SKU Portfolio Management: Manage the lifecycle of service SKUs globally including creation standardization and optimization.
• SKU Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics of service SKUs globally and identify opportunities for optimization.
• SKU Pricing: Determine pricing strategies for individual service SKUs globally based on factors such as complexity and customer value.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional teams to provide pricing guidance and support pricing negotiations globally.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve global pricing processes and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

What will you bring to the team:

• Bachelors degree in business finance economics or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in global pricing analysis or strategy development preferably in the services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex pricing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of global services pricing methodologies and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with global regulatory compliance and legal considerations related to pricing practices.
• Experience in service delivery or client engagement is advantageous.
• Understanding of global market segmentation and value-based pricing concepts.
• Ability to adapt pricing strategies to changing market conditions and business priorities.
