Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets.
- Lead retail distribution expansion across assigned locations.
- Oversee sales operations productivity profitability and compliance with national sales objectives.
- Manage mentor and motivate large multi-tiered sales teams across regions.
- Build strong business relationships with HNWIs SMEs corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Implement performance management systems sales incentives and succession planning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend proactive business strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership on marketing product and channel initiatives to enhance business growth.
- Represent the region in strategy meetings performance reviews and cross-functional forums.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree from a recognized institution.
- 12 -15 years of progressive experience in retail sales/business development including 6-8 years in senior leadership within:
- Financial Services
- Banking
- Asset Management
- Insurance / Takaful
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets business expansion and large-scale team leadership.
- Strong connections across retail affluent corporate SME and HNWI segments.
