Need to ensure that results prepared is in line with the relevant account standards and in compliance with various laws and regulation and within the agreed timelines deliverables are shared with the various stakeholders (external auditors management).
Major challenges
External:
Adherence to the timelines of deliverables (monthly closure of books draft results treasury annexures secretarial annexures final results board deck along with reconciliations).
Internal:
Support in co-ordination with different units of ABFRL for finalisation of results and necessary inputs for completion of consolidation of ABFRL numbers (results annual accounts board decks Tax Audit)
Accountability
Supporting Actions
1. Preparation and closure of Consolidated financial statement
Ensuring the CFS is prepared within the stipulated time frame after receipt of TBs from all the units and getting the same audited.
2. Preparation of Annual accounts both SFS and CFS
Preparing and finalising the annual accounts for ABFRL along with all regulatory compliances.
3. Solely responsible for maintain of the HFM
Looking after the HFM tool and manging the same for onboarding the subsidiaries and ensuring all the TBs flows seamlessly.
4. Aligning all the M&A accounting with the auditors and getting the same closed with them as per relevant Accounting Standard.
5. Preparation of supporting details for AGM XBRL and any other statutory compliance.
6. Supporting the team in quarterly and annual audit in getting all the points closed with any adverse remark from the auditors.
7. Supporting the team in quarterly and annual audit in getting all the points closed with any adverse remark from the auditors.
8. Supporting the secretarial and other corporate teams with relevant details as and when needed
