Job Title: Deputy Manager Data AnalystDepartment: Finance & Accounting Business Intelligence (Quality SBU 2 F&A -)Location: Mumbai (or specify as needed)Reporting To: BI Manager F&A Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and analytical Deputy Manager Data Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting BI team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to drive operational excellence monitor process hygiene and support strategic decision-making across AP AR and GL and Responsibilities:Analyse industry-wise trends to generate actionable insights for F&A metrics across industries to identify best practices and process hygiene by identifying recurring issues across AP AR and predictive analysis to foresee SLA or KPI breaches before they data to answer business questions and solve operational with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver relevant dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into service compliance risks and irregularities early to support governance trends patterns and anomalies to support strategic Skillsets:Skill Category ExamplesTechnical Skills SQL Python/R Excel TableauAnalytical Thinking Statistical analysis hypothesis testingCommunication Data storytelling stakeholder engagementDomain Knowledge Understanding of industry-specific F&A metricsQualifications & Experience:Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Statistics Economics Computer Science or related field.58 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a BPM or F&A understanding of finance processes (P2P O2C R2R) and service delivery in building predictive models and automating reporting ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights to Certifications (Optional):Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)Tableau Desktop SpecialistSix Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
