Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify develop and secure new business opportunities in the marine and offshore sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners managers charterers and industry stakeholders.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations (engineering inspections PMS/CMMS green technologies etc.).
- Drive revenue targets through proactive sales planning and account management.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing strategies across digital print and industry channels.
- Manage content creation (website LinkedIn newsletters case studies) to showcase thought leadership.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions trade shows and networking events to boost brand visibility.
- Strengthen P&Ss positioning as a sustainability-first consultancy in the marine and offshore market.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop sales forecasts pipelines and performance reports for management.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.
