Position: Quality Control Specialist
Location: Belgrade Serbia

Key Responsibilities

Conduct real-time product evaluations to ensure adherence to established quality standards.

Monitor on-screen personnel performance to maintain service and presentation consistency.

Identify and report quality issues or deviations collaborating with relevant departments for corrective actions.

Perform regular checks to verify the functionality of technical equipment used in live operations.
-
Support and enforce internal quality assurance policies and procedures.

Continuously monitor live services to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
-
Native-level or fluent English proficiency (C1 or higher) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in live broadcast media or digital content technology.
-
Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with industry standards and operational regulations.
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve quality issues effectively.

Proficiency in PC tools and systems particularly Microsoft 365.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
