Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support and fluent in German Were looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team and deliver technical assistance to our clients via voice chat and emailall while working remotely from Serbia!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to customers through multiple channels (voice chat email)
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams contribute to department initiatives and support your colleagues
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Residing in Serbia with legal right to work
- Previous experience in customer or technical support (IT/help desk experience preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong problem-solving critical thinking skills and adaptability to change
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficient in PC-based internet and software applications (Microsoft Office etc.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 05:00 PM
