Job Summary

Position: Customer Care Specialist (German)

Location: Remote in Serbia

Employment Type: Full-time

Were looking for experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a leading BPO company with excellent employee this role youll assist customers of a major payments processor from the comfort of your home in Serbia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Research and deliver accurate responses to customer questions through phone email and live chat.
  • Use internal and external resources to offer top-notch service.
  • Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
  • Route calls to the appropriate resources and document interactions according to procedures.
  • Analyze and communicate emerging trends and patterns in customer issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and adhere to client guidelines.
  • Follow established protocols KPIs and company policies to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve issues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German both spoken and written.
  • Reside in Serbia and be eligible to work legally without company support.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools such as Zendesk and Slack.
  • Experience in customer and technical support particularly in help desks or IT functions.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong independent work skills and remote teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving critical thinking and adapting to process changes.
  • Solid knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday shift rotation from 08 AM to 06 PM totaling 40 hours per week.
