Job Summary
Main Missions
- Design optimize and document internal and external material flow concepts
- Define packaging standards line-feeding strategies and supermarket/replenishment loops
- Support new product launches and capacity changes with logistics feasibility analyses
- Collaborate with production engineering quality and suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-efficient material availability
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with OEM logistics standards and customer requirements
- Contribute to layout planning storage strategy and overall logistics footprint optimization
Qualifications :
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics processes (inbound internal flows line-feeding packaging shipping)
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement tools (5S Kaizen VSM)
- Ability to analyze data and translate production requirements into robust logistics concepts
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Project management capabilities (launches layout changes new flows)
