Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for the Spanish market via phone email and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries complaints and troubleshooting.

Maintain professionalism and service quality at all times.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish (C1) strong English skills (B2)

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to work shifts including weekends
